"We loved working with Ren so much! I'll rewind for a sec ... I love getting family pictures taken around the same time every year, like, to look back on and use for Christmas cards and such -- but I also kinda hate getting family pictures taken when the day itself rolls around. It just feels stressful to me, like, are my kids going to be in OK moods? Ren made me feel like we had all the time in the world; nothing was rushed or frazzled or stressful. She was super patient and great with the kids -- to the point where my daughter was like, inviting her over for a "playdate" at our house, haha -- and it was just a super nice experience, overall. I think she was able to get all the shots she needed for our family session, because we were thrilled by the final gallery. I loved SO many, it was like, "how will I ever choose?" The lighting was perfect, we didn't have to wait too long to see a preview, there were SO many photo options I loved, and I even ordered a few prints, as well. I loved these pics so much! Basically, Ren's my favorite photographer I've worked with -- and we've moved around/used quite a few over the years! Great communication, love her photography style, and will absolutely use her again and again for as long as we remain in Milwaukee. Don't be deterred by the price ... a lot goes into this! Between the session itself and the editing, remember that you get what you pay for. Your kids will only be this little once!
